In this case, your body releases metabolic waste while absorbing magnesium and sulphur—two key nutrients that many of us are mildly deficient in, regardless of our diets.

    • Around the 20-minute mark, you may experience more intense detoxification, but this typically subsides by 45-50 minutes as the body relaxes.

Afterwards, you might feel warm or tacky for about 15 minutes—this is completely normal. Sit somewhere comfortable, take deep breaths, sip water, and allow your body to relax. Aim to take this bath 2-3 hours before bedtime to avoid disrupting your sleep.
