Each package includes personalized nutritional guidance, functional testing, ongoing support, and tailored recommendations to address your specific health concerns.

If the package descriptions don't provide you with enough information to make a decision please complete our application form and note all of your concerns. We will then advise based on your answers as to the package we feel will be most suitable for you.

The frequency of your sessions will be tailored to your individual needs. Some will benefit from split sessions that are shorter in length on a weekly basis, whereas others will follow a more classic 3-4 week check in style. This will be discussed with you in your first appointment.

All packages are designed to provide you with tools to continue to improve your health long term. But as Phoebe often comes back to, health is constantly evolving. As such many clients choose to continue having sessions once their initial concerns have resolved but less frequently. These check ins help them to adapt their habits as their needs and goals naturally change over time. This is entirely up to you.
